Yes, our corporate homes are fully equipped – internet, furniture, kitchenware and everything needed for the employee to live and work right from move-in.

All invoicing goes directly to the company, with clear documentation. That gives simple admin for HR and finance – the employee never has to cover costs out of pocket.

Our leases normally run for 12–24 months. If you need an open-ended stay or a period shorter than 12 months, we can often solve that too – contact us and we’ll put together a proposal based on your need.

Yes. We work with serviced apartments in Stockholm and Solna and with Clas på Hörnet in Vasastan, and can put together tailored rates for companies that need housing for shorter periods or with hotel-like service. Get in touch with your need and we’ll come back with a tailored proposal.

Yes, in most cases. Contact your dedicated contact in good time and we’ll arrange the extension or find an equivalent alternative if the home isn’t available.

For stays longer than a few weeks a corporate apartment is usually both more comfortable and more cost-effective than a hotel: more space, a private kitchen and a homely feel that makes it easier to perform at work.

You send an enquiry with your need and period. We match against available homes, you approve the proposal, a contract is signed with the company as counterparty and the employee moves in. During the stay there is a personal contact for both you and the employee.

Project staff, consultants, expatriates, new hires during probation, management teams and teams on temporary assignments – for anything from a few weeks to several years.
