Renting out your home to companies through Levara is simple and secure. You start by sending in information about your home; we then make a free valuation and assess its rental potential. When the home is ready, we have it professionally photographed and present it to our network of companies and relocation agencies.
Once the right tenant is found we draw up the lease and coordinate a smooth move-in. Throughout the tenancy we handle ongoing resident support, administration and contact with the tenant. At move-out we carry out a thorough final inspection and make sure the home is returned in the agreed condition.
